Students planning on playing a sport during the 2015-2016 school year must have a sports physical on file at the school or they will not be able to participate. The physical required for admission for incoming freshmen will meet this requirement. Current students need to acquire a sports physical every year.

Sports physicals will be available in the school’s Student Activity Center on Thursday May 28, 2015 between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. The cost is $25. A signed parental permission slip is required. Sports physicals will be performed by local orthopedic surgeons, family practice physicians, school athletic trainers, school nurses and the staff of Athletico Physical Therapy.

Students should wear comfortable clothing (no jeans) and athletic shoes (no sandals or flip-flops).
