Joliet Catholic Academy, a college preparatory high school co-sponsored by the Franciscans and Carmelites is seeking a full time Theology teacher for the 2015-2016 school year. Requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor in Theology required. Candidate should also have a commitment to ongoing professional development i.e. pursuit of a Masters Degree. Practicing Catholic in good standing. Prior teaching experience at the secondary level desired. Familiarity with Franciscan and Carmelite charism desired. Must be supportive of the mission, vision, values and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church and have knowledge of its structures, functions and institutions. Candidate must be willing to assume extra-curricular or coach duties as needed and fitting the abilities of the candidate.
