Placement Exam

* In order to be considered for admission to Joliet
Catholic Academy, a student must take the Placement Exam at Joliet Catholic
Academy.
* Students should arrive
at JCA at 8:20 a.m. and enter the building through the Main Entrance which
faces
* On the day of the exam,
students should bring two number two pencils and the $30 exam fee.
Cash or a check made payable to Joliet Catholic Academy are the accepted forms
of payment.
* Joliet Catholic Academy administers the EXPLORE™ Test to 8th graders seeking admission to JCA. JCA's application must be completed and turned in along with the $30 exam fee prior to sitting for the exam. Eighth graders may use a calculator for the EXPLORE™ Test. Admission and placement are based on the EXPLORE™ Test scores as well as previous academic record. For specific details on the EXPLORE™ test, visit http://www.actstudent.org/explore/.
