“Three Raffle Turn-in Dates”

 

JCA’s Spirit Raffle will begin on Wednesday, September 1 with tickets distributed to our students through their homerooms.  This year there will be three raffle turn-in dates:

            - First turn-in date is Wednesday, September 15

            - Second  turn-in date is Wednesday, October 6

            - Third turn-in date (FINAL) is Wednesday, October 20

            -  Cash Prize drawing will take place at JCA on Friday, October 22

 

The cost of each raffle ticket is $5 and the winning cash prizes are:

            - l^st prize - $5,000

            - 2^nd prize - $2,500

            - 3^rd prize - $1,500

            - 4^th & 5^th prizes - $500 each

 

The fundraising obligation is $400 (80 tickets) for families with one student and $600 (120 tickets) for families with more than one student attending JCA.  Families will receive extra tickets to sell for incentive prizes.  These incentives will be published in the September newsletter.  As in the past, any family not fulfilling their selling obligation will have their unsold amount added to their tuition account.  Parents please ask your student(s) for their raffle tickets so they don’t forget them in their cars or lockers.
