Fine Arts Department

Joliet Catholic Academy believes that the arts are an important part of the high school experience. The arts make a real contribution to the intellectual, expressive, emotional and creative growth of a person. Angels and Hillmen are required to earn credits for graduation in both Art and Music.

Our Fine Arts Department offers students a chance to express themselves and a chance to become involved outside of the classroom setting with extracurricular activities such as musical performances, exhibits, and field trips.

Joliet Catholic Academy’s Fine Arts Department boasts an impressive curriculum including 2-D Design, 3-D Design, Band, Computer Design, Drawing and Painting, Graphic Design, English Handbells, Guitar, Jewelry and Weaving, Music Appreciation, Music Theory, Pottery, Studio Art, Tapestry, Theatre Arts, Vocal Singing Skills, and World Music.
