Wednesday, August 14^th

Boys’ Golf
Wednesday, August 14^th and Thursday, August 15^th at 2:00 p.m. at Wedgewood Golf Course

There will be a $13.00 greens fee each day for tryouts.  Athletes may not try out without this! (Greens fees will be paid for by the school for practices and meets after tryouts for those who make the team.)

Girls’ Golf

Tryouts/Evaluations for the 2013 season will be held at Woodruff Golf Course beginning Wednesday, August 14, 2013. Athletes must pay the $10 Green Fee to the golf course for the two tryout rounds. The JCA Athletic Department pays for all course fees for the season beginning August 19^th.  If you choose to use a pull cart rather than carry your bag you can bring your own cart or rent one from Woodruff for an additional $3. The schedule is:

 Wednesday, August 14, 2013:    Team meeting 9AM
                                                                 9-hole round begins at 10AM

 Thursday, August 15, 2013:      Meet at Woodruff 12:30PM
9-hole round begins at 1PM
Team meeting after rounds completed

 Friday, August 16, 2013:            Rules/Etiquette Workshop and team breakfast at 6:30AM at JCA in Guidance.

9^th graders can bring their golf clubs up to Guidance on Thursday morning before school. I will have a bus for Thursday to transport all 9^th grade golfers to the golf course from JCA. Your parents can pick you up either at the golf course around 4PM or at JCA around 4:20PM.

Boys’ Soccer
Wednesday August 14^th, Thursday, August 15^th, and Friday, August 16^th from 7:00-9:00 a.m. and again from 4:00-6:00 p.m.  at the JCA soccer field.  Athletes must attend both sessions. 

Boys’ and Girls’ Cross Country
Wednesday, August 14^th   at  5:00 p.m. at Hammel Woods.

Girls’ Volleyball
Wednesday, August 14^th in the main gym
Varsity  7:00-9:30 a.m.      
Sophomores   10:00-12:30 p.m. 
Freshmen        1:00-3:30 p.m.     

Girls’ Tennis
Varsity– Thursday, August 15^th from 5:00-7:30 p.m. and Friday, August 16 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at JCA tennis courts
Freshman/Soph. Girls’ Tennis times for tryouts: Wednesday, August 14th 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Thursday & Friday August 15th and 16th 12:30-2:30.
