The Boys’ Golf team had a fantastic day on Tuesday, winning the IHSA 2A Regional Golf Tournament at the Kankakee Country Club. In addition to winning the team championship, the Hilltoppers also swept the individual awards. Senior Dyllan Mattea was 1st out of the 54 golfers to capture medalist honors, Kellen McCullum was 2nd overall and Brandon Smith was 4th. The Hilltoppers now advance to the sectional next Monday at Broken Arrow Golf Course in Lockport for a shot to go down state.
