Last Thursday, October 3, Profe Finaldi and Ms. Drabik’s Spanish classes took a trip to go see the Broadway hit musical, In The Heights at the Paramount Theatre in Aurora. The students all loved it, making remarks about the awe-inspiring set, the marvelous voices of the performers, and the captivating story line.  “It was incredible”, said Profe Finaldi. Although play is in English, it includes many Spanish expressions and highlights the convention of Dominican and Puerto Rican Americans, serving as a lesson in both language and culture for JCA students.
