The Hillmen Ice Hockey team won Game 1 of the Cougar Cup championship series 4-2. Thomas Ambrosia, Billy Conti, and Alex Jackson (Minooka) scored assisted by Jake Papesh, Jared Hippman, Matt Dubiel, and Tyler Post (Morris).

A  shout out to goalie, Sonjia Shelly (Coal City), for her phenomenal coverage in the net recording 28 saves.

Game 2 of the Cougar Cup series, JCA vs. Brother Rice, is scheduled for Sunday, Mar. 15 at Canlan Ice Sports located at 1581 Normantown Road, Romeoville, IL. The puck will drop at 7:20 p.m.
