Save the Date: the Joliet Catholic Academy Drama Department presents “The Importance of Being Earnest”, a play by Oscar Wilde. Performances will occur November 17, 18, and 19 at 7 p.m. as well as November 19 and 20 at 2 p.m. at Billie Limacher Bicentennial Theatre, 210 W. Jefferson St. Joliet, IL 60436.
There will also be a special matinee performance, free for Area Grade School students and senior citizens on Tuesday, November 15 at 10 a.m. at Bicentennial Theatre. RSVP to JCA Drama Director Ms. Jennifer Szynal at jszynal@jca-online.org by November 11th.
Junior High Students: JCA is has an open casting call for Grades 4th-8th on December 17 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. for the JCA spring musical “Beauty and the Beast”. The auditions are for ensemble roles only. The production does have a $50 and rehearses between January 9 and March 11.
