Students enrolled in the Math and/or English classes, who wish to take them as dual credit, need to take the JJC placement exams for those subjects. Please see the link below for more information.

• Students who have taken the ACT or SAT with the following subject specific scores can have the test waved
• For English 101 a score of 480 in the English portion of the SAT or a 19 on the English portion of the ACT.
• Pre-Calculus (JJC Math 142) a score of 590 on the Math portion of the SAT or a 23 on the Math portion of the ACT.
• Statistics (JJC Math 128) a score of 530 on the Math portion of the SAT or 22 on the Math portion of the ACT.
