Joliet Catholic Academy announces Class of 2020 Awards

The Joliet Catholic Academy Class of 2020 will be honored at the 30th annual commencement ceremony this Sunday, July 26 on campus in the Student Activity Center. Due to COVID-19, the original Graduation and Baccalaureate Mass were postponed.  This year marks the 151st year of Catholic education in Will County provided by the Carmelites and Franciscans between St. Francis Academy, De La Salle High School, Joliet Catholic High School, and Joliet Catholic Academy and the 30th graduating class since the merger of SFA and JCHS into JCA.

Joliet Catholic Academy’s most prestigious award recognizes the two students who have upheld the highest standards of honesty and reliability, courtesy, concern and respect for others, have carried out their accepted responsibilities with enthusiasm and dedication, influenced their peers by their positive attitudes, and have given witness to the Gospel values.
