Sign Up for E-Learning and After-School Program extended to 8/10

JCA Parents and Students, 

The JCA Return to School Plan allows families to choose a full-time E-Learning option as well as an After-School option on in-school learning days. In depth details regarding the full-time E-Learning option and the After-School Program can be found in the JCA Return to School Plan.

JCA has extended the deadline for both options to Monday, August 10. Students/parents/guardians interested in the E-Learning option must e-mail communications@jca-online.org. Per the Return to School Plan, families must commit to E-Learning for the first quarter of the 2020-2021 school year. Families interested in the After-School Program option on Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri must submit the below sign up form before Monday, August 10. Questions regarding both programs can be submitted to communications@jca-online.org or call 815.741.0500.

    I consent that the above student will participate in the JCA After-School program. Students must attend both lunch and E-Learning/Study Hall periods. Regular attendance rules per the JCA Parent-Student Handbook will apply for any tardy, absent, or truant students.
