Commended students placed among the top 50,000 scorers of more than 1.5 million students who entered the 2021 competition by taking the 2019 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT).

“Zachary has demonstrated outstanding potential for academic success,” said JCA admissions and communications director Ryan Quigley. “Students like Zachary represent a valuable community and national resource; recognizing his accomplishment is vital to the advancement of educational excellence at Joliet Catholic Academy, in our community, and across our nation. We hope that this recognition broadens Zachary’s educational opportunities and encourages him on his pursuit towards academic excellence in college and beyond.”
