Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place remotely. Please e-mail your son or daughter’s teacher to request a meeting during the following time slots on Thursday, October 29:
2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Important Notes
- Please include a cell phone number for the JCA teacher to reach you. Calls may come from a JCA number or a private number.
- Each conference will be limited to five minutes.
- Due to the nature of conferences this year, we will have fewer available time slots. We respectfully ask that parents reserve conference times for students who may be struggling academically.
- As always, don’t hesitate to contact a faculty or staff member at JCA with any questions or concerns via e-mail.
- Please e-mail JCA teachers by Tuesday, October 27 at 2 p.m. to receive confirmation on your time slot. A link has been provided below to Faculty/Staff contacts.
