Thank you for submitting the Heritage Award Application. At this time we’d like to remind you that your application is not complete until:

  • Prospective student’s 7th grade and first semester 8th grade report cards are submitted.
  • One letter of recommendation is received highlighting prospective student’s leadership qualities from a current teacher, principal, clergy member, or coach/club moderator.
  • Prospective student must attend JCA’s Placement Exam on December 2, 2017 at 8:00 a.m.
  • Selected applicants who take the Placement Exam will be invited back in early-to-mid December to take part in the final interview process. Awards will be announced before Freshman Registration on Thursday, January 18, 2017.
