Come see the 2024 JCA spring musical, Little Shop of Horrors!

Thursday, March 7th   at 7:00 p.m.

Friday, March 8th  at 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, March 9th  at 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

 

Shows take place at the Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park Theatre at 201 Jefferson St., Joliet, IL 60432.

A deviously delicious Broadway and Hollywood sci-fi smash musical, Little Shop Of Horrors has devoured the hearts of theatre goers for over 30 years. Howard Ashman and Alan Menken (Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Beauty And The Beast, and Aladdin) are the creative geniuses behind what has become one of the most popular shows in the world.

 
Seymour is a nerdy floral clerk with a knack for plants, but not much else. However, one peculiar plant he’s tending might just be his ticket to fame, fortune – and the girl of his dreams. There’s only one teeny, but GROWING, problem: This plant has an unquenchable thirst for the red stuff (type O, A, or B… he’s not picky)!
 
This production is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes long with a 20-minute intermission.  Due to mature themes, adult language, and some scary moments the musical is recommended for audiences ages 11 and older.
