Joliet Catholic Academy President/Principal Dr. Jeffrey Budz is pleased to announce the March Students of the Month: Drew Wills (Kiwanis Club), Ashley Murray (Rotary Club) and Annie Tibbott (Lions Club).   JCA is proud of the success these students have exhibited both in the classroom and out in the community.

Drew Wills, son of Jillian and Allan Wills of Joliet is a graduate of Troy Middle School.   Drew is a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish National Honors Society, A-Honor Roll, and is an Illinois State Scholar.  He has received medals of excellence in Chemistry, History, English, and Physical Education.  Drew has been a member of the Football team, Basketball team, Baseball team, and Chess Club.  He plans to attend college and play sports.

Ashley Murray, daughter of Nicole and Mike Murray of Joliet is a graduate of The Cathedral of St. Raymond Grade School.   She is a member of the National Honor Society, National English Honors Society, National Spanish Honors Society, and Mu Alpha Theta.   Ashley is involved with the Habitat for Humanity Club, Key Club, Student Ambassadors, History Club, Pickleball Club, Economics Club and she was a Kairos Leader.  Ashley excelled in Tennis, where she won Sectionals her Senior year.  She plans to attend the University of Mississippi and major in Entrepreneurship / Management and hopefully open her own business someday.

Annie Tibbott, daughter of Jean and Timothy Tibbott of Joliet is a graduate of The Cathedral of St. Raymond Grade School.  She is a member of the National Honor Society, English Honors Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Spanish Honors Society, and she is an Illinois State Scholar.  Annie is a member of the Cross Country and Track teams, the Key Club, Yearbook, Student Ambassadors, Women’s History Club, and she is the Student Council President (of the Senior Class).   Outside of school Annie works at Kodocare as a Pharmacy Technician and at Inwood Golf Course.   She plans to attend the University of Kansas where she will major in either Business or Psychology.
