Tuition

At Joliet Catholic Academy, we strive to provide a quality Catholic education. Tuition and fees cover only a portion of what it costs to educate a student.  Detailed information on tuition and fees can be found in JCA’s Parent-Student Handbook.

JCA strives to keep the tuition rate as competitive as possible through the generosity of our alumni, friends, and sound financial management. We feel strongly that the education we provide, the values we teach, and the opportunity we offer for individual attention and participation is invaluable.

It is our belief that finances should not be the sole factor in determining whether or not a student has the opportunity to attend Joliet Catholic Academy. We feel strongly that the education we deliver, the values we teach and the opportunity we offer for individual attention and participation should be available to all students. Finances should not prevent any student from the benefits of a Catholic education.

A Catholic education is an investment for a lifetime.

2024-2025 Tuition Rates/Payment Plan

Annual $14,425.00 per school year: Full Payment by July 2024

Semi-Annual ($7,250.00) due July and November 2024. Total due $14,500

Four installments ($3,643.75 each) due by July, August, November 2024 and January 2025. Total due $14,575.00

Monthly installments ($1,465.00 each) due each month for 10 equal installments beginning July 2024 through April 2025. No monthly adjustments allowed. Total due $14,650.00

A $300 non-refundable Annual Registration Deposit will be required of all incoming freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

This deposit is non-refundable.

Brother/Sister Scholarships: Also available through the JCA Leveraged Financial Aid program. Irrespective of Financial Aid being filled out the following Brother/Sister Scholarships will be awarded:

2nd child tuition = $13,100 (Tuition $14,425 – Scholarship = $1,325)

3rd child tuition = $11,780 (Tuition $14,425 – Scholarship = $2,645)

4th child and after tuition = $0.00 (Tuition $14,425 – Scholarship = $14,425)

2024-2025 Fees 

  • Registration: $300 non-refundable deposit required annually 
  • Application/Transfer: $30 one-time fee upon entering JCA
  • Athletic Participation: $200 per athlete, per athletic season (October, January, April)
  • Band: $200 (Billed in September)
  • Broadcasting Class: $50
  • Busing: $1,100 one time; or two installments of $600.00 (September 2023 and December 2023) total $1,200.
  • Computer Science Class: $125
  • Daily Planner: $15 ($20 each for replacement planners)
  • Drug Testing: $52 (Billed in July)
  • Fundraising Obligation: $480 for families with one student/$700 for families with more than one student
  • Graduation: $200 (Seniors only)
  • Kairos: $300 (Juniors and Seniors only – Billed in October)
  • One-to-One Technology: $50 (Freshman and Transfer students only)
  • Parent Association Dues: $10 per student (Billed in July)
  • Parking Permit: $200
  • Retreat: $40
  • Robotics and Engineering Class Fee: $125
  • Schedule Change: $75 per change
  • Technology: $150
  • Transcripts: $10 per copy
  • Virtual School Courses: $275 JCA reserves the right to increase/decrease the cost for Virtual School courses subject to the cost incurred by JCA.
  • Transcripts (alumni): $10 per copy
  • Mandatory Summer School: $300

  • Annual
  • Semi-Annual
