Tickets for Joliet Catholic Academy’s musical, My Fair Lady, are currently on sale through March 20. Purchase tickets online ahead of time, as walk-ups can not be guaranteed (the Spring Musical regularly sells out in advance each year). Tickets are $10.

 

Performances are Thursday, March 21 at 7 p.m., Friday, March 22 at 7 p.m., and Saturday, March 23 at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Bicentennial Park Theater, located at 201 W. Jefferson St. Joliet, IL 60432.

About My Fair Lady:

 

In this beloved musical, pompous phonetics professor Henry Higgins is so sure of his abilities that he takes it upon himself to transform a Cockney working-class girl into someone who can pass for a cultured member of high society. His subject turns out to be the lovely Eliza Doolittle, who agrees to speech lessons to improve her job prospects. Higgins and Eliza clash, then form an unlikely bond — one that is threatened by an aristocratic suitor.
