Biography/Educational Background? 

I grew up on the southwest side of Chicago and attended Maria High School.  I earned my bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University and a master’s degree from University of Illinois. My husband Mike and I have three grown children and a crazy black lab.

Why did you choose to work at Joliet Catholic Academy?

I believe in Catholic Education and I am passionate about science, so I am so very excited about the opportunity to teach science classes at Joliet Catholic Academy!

Why did you choose to work at JCA? I chose to work at JCA because I love the environment and the family aspect. When I started looking for teaching jobs my number one priority was a place that I can express creativity in the classroom but also collaborate with other teachers to give our students the best education and JCA was just the place.
