2021 JCA Band Camp

These rehearsals are for current JCA Band students. Freshmen participating in band should report to room 136 on the following dates. 

Camp Dates and Time:
Monday August 16: 9 – 1 p.m.

Tuesday August 17: 2 – 6 p.m.

Wednesday August 18: 2 – 6 p.m.

Thursday August 19: 2 – 6 p.m.

Friday August 20: 2 – 6 p.m.

What to bring:

 Instrument and pencil
 Cell phone with charging bank
 Summer wear
 It’s the summer it can be hot; dress in a way that allows you to
stay as cool as possible. Make sure it is school appropriate.
 Water bottle and water
 Some rehearsals may be extremely warm. You will need hydration.
 Sunscreen we all have different tolerances to the sun make sure you take
care of your skin
 Tennis shoes and socks
 Good footwear helps take care of the legs and the back low cut
tennis shoes help support marching fundamentals the best
 Please wear socks
 Disposable masks; due to updates to COVID guidelines are changing
daily. Please be prepared since some of our rehearsals will be inside.
 An open mind and a great attitude
